2011 - 2012 Rates

Fall / Winter Season Rates

August 15 - October 15th $925/week $225/night (with a 2 night minimum)

October 16th - May 31st $775/week or $175/night (with a 2 night minimum)

Holiday Rates $1219/ week or $275/night
(with a 2 night minimum)

October 16th - May 31st $1775/month

 

Rates are for a group of four people. Additional guests will be charged $15.50 per person, per day.

$275 deposit required at time of reservation.
Please note that a non-refundable $120 cleaning fee will be deducted from the $275 deposit at checkout time.

Well behaved dogs are welcome. A $100 deposit will be necessary at the time of your reservation, per pet. Please e-mail for additional information.
